Beef Madras Curry

Serves: 4-6Heat:  medium/hot (we found it to be more medium than hot)Ingredients:2 tablespoons olive oil2 large onions, sliced6 cloves of garlic, crushed1 x 400g can of diced tomatoes1/2 cup of water1 tablespoon malt vinegar1 x 270 ml can of coconut cream1 kilo diced stewing steak1 30g packet of Saucy Spice Beef MadrasPreparation:1. Heat oil in a deep sided pan or wok and saute sliced onion and garlic until translucent and soft.2. Add contents of Saucy Spice packet and stir until fragrant.3. Preparation Time 20 mins      Serves 4       Curry Ingredients600 gm chicken (cut into bite size pieces)1 leek or onion, sliced thinly3 cloves garlic (crushed)4 tablespoons of oil4 dessertspoons of Garnisha Masala mlld green curry paste400 ml light coconut milkRaita Ingredients1x 300 ml tub of plain unsweetened yogurt2 lebanese cucumbers (finely chopped)¼ tspn cumin¼ tspn corianderMethod1.
