Shipping of Goods

On cleared funds, all orders are shipped using Australia Post or couriers to Australian addresses only.  

If you have a PO Box shipping address you must select an Australia Post shipping option, either Parcel Post or Express Post, at checkout as couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If you live in a gated complex where only Australia Post has access, you will need  to select one of the Australia Post options as well.

If you use a Parcel Locker you must select an Australia Post shipping option. 

Please note: Couriers require us to provide them with both your phone number and your email address.

Non Delivered Goods

In cases where the goods are returned to Low Sodium Foods as unclaimed or incorrect address advised, a reshipping fee will be charged and goods will be reshipped on receipt of new delivery charges.

Shipping Days

Australia Post:  We will endeavor to ship your order within 2-3 weekdays of receiving your order, this does not include weekends, Public Holidays and Australia Post closures.   

Courier deliveries will be picked up from us on Fridays only.
