Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutesServes 2 Ingredients 1. 1 chicken breast - cooked and sliced 2.  2 tbsp orange marmalade 3.  1 orange, 1/2 orange juiced and !/2 cut into segments 4.  2 tbsp red wine vinegar 5.  2 tbsp thickened cream 6.  Watercress (or mixed lettuce)7.  1/2 red onion, thinly sliced8.   150 g low salt corn kernels9. Ingredients:1.   1/2 package of Silken Tofu (about 1/2 cup)2.   1 clove of garlic, finely diced, or 1/8 teaspoon ground garlic powder3.   1 teaspoon of apple cider or white vinegarMethod:Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.You can add whatever you like for extra flavour - curry, pickles, herbs, horseradish, paprika or wasabi. Slap it on your corn, your burger or on chips.
