For over 30 years, Linda has made this beloved relish, adapted from an old family recipe using the moderate warmth of Cayenne chillies.

Sweet with a bit of bite — a family favourite everyone can enjoy.

Heat 2/10 Perfect for kids, spice-shy adults, and anyone who loves it sweet with just a touch of heat. I’ve been making this one for family and friends since 1984. It even won a blue ribbon for savoury preserves at the Mudgee Show in 2010! What started as a 'just for fun' retirement project became the heart of a thriving farmers’ market business — now celebrating 15 years.

How to Enjoy It:

• Make a brilliant cheese jaffle or quesadilla.
• Swap it for quince paste on your cheeseboard.
• Spoon it over cream cheese with crackers for our take on Sweet Chilli Philly.
• Mix it with sour cream for dipping wedges, chicken nuggets, or kids’ sausages.
• Combine with mashed avocado for a quick guacamole.
