This Banana Bread Mix is simple to prepare and delivers a soft, flavourful loaf every time. Free from refined white flours and refined sugars, it’s made with carefully selected wholefood ingredients to create a more nourishing version of a classic favourite.

Instead of processed flours, Food to Nourish have included nutrient-dense sunflower seeds, organic golden flaxseeds and organic chia seeds, combined with organic buckwheat flour and brown rice flour for structure and texture. No nuts have been added, making it suitable for school lunchboxes and family-friendly baking.

All you need to do is add three ripe bananas, two eggs and olive oil, mix and bake. One packet creates one beautifully moist loaf.
