Melinda's Raspberry Coconut Cupcakes Gluten Free 320g
A wholesome blend of Melinda's signature flour, coocnut, and real dried & crushed raspberries. Sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia.
Just add coconut cream, butter and eggs (or an egg substitute such as Orgran's No Egg Egg Replacer, or Yes You Can's Vegan Egg Replacer). Try adding fresh or frozen raspberries to the batter before cooking.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
Gluten free self raising flour (maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour, raising agents (575, 501, 500), dextrose (corn), coconut (6%), stevia, dried raspberries (0.6%), natural raspberry flavour (0.3%).
