Hummus - Dip

Preparation Time 20 minutes

Cooking Time Nil

       1. 400g tin of Ceres Organics Organic Chick Peas,                                         drained and rinsed
       2. 2/3 teaspoon ground cumin
       3. 1 !/2 tablespoons tahini paste (make sure is low in                                       sodium)
       4. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
       5. Juice of 1 lemon
       6. 40ml water
       7. 65ml olive oil
  1. Combine chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin, and process
  2. Add water to mixture and process again
  3. Add olive oil slowly while processing.
  4. Process until mixture is quite smooth
  5. Chill and serve
  6. Enjoy!
