Garnisha Curries Have Closed Down.

Unfortunately due to the owner's illhealth Garnisha Curries closed in April. Their products will be sadly missed by us and our customers.

We're going to expand our range of Saucy Spice and Herbies curries and spices to compensate for this loss

Kashmiri Curry

Serves: 4-6

Heat:  medium/hot (we found it to be more medium than hot) Can be made with beef or chicken.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large onions, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cup of water
1 kilo chicken tenderloins (or thighs or breast, as you prefer) cut into bite sized pieces
4 tablespoons Garnisha Kashmiri Curry paste

Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a deep sided pan or wok and saute sliced onion and garlic until translucent and soft.
2. Stir in chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
3. Add water and Kashmiri Curry paste. Mix thoroughly.
4. Simmer, covered, for 1/2 hour or until meat is tender.
6. If sauce is too thin, remove lid and cook further until sauce reduces and thickens.
7. Serve with cooked rice and other curry condiments such as or Garnisha Lime Pickle

Choice Now of Couriers or Australia Post For Shipping

We're now offering you the choice of shipping by courier or Austrailia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) at checkout.

Couriers can't deliver to Post Office boxes, so if you use one as your shipping address you will need to select one of the Australia Post options.

Alternatively, if you have a PO box address but still want to take advantage of the cheaper courier rates, perhaps a friend or family member with a street address can receive the goods for you. Just make sure you put this address as the shipping address.

Tip: Larger orders are better value for the money you pay in shipping costs
