Waldolf Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 red apples
  • 4-6 stalks of celery
  • 125gms raisins or sultanas
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 50 gms walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Moredough low salt mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Dice apples and mix with lemon juice straightaway to stop them going brown
  2. Slice celery into similar sized pieces as apple
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together and serve
Serves 4-6
