Waldolf Salad

Ingredients
- 4 red apples
- 4-6 stalks of celery
- 125gms raisins or sultanas
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 50 gms walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Moredough low salt mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Dice apples and mix with lemon juice straightaway to stop them going brown
- Slice celery into similar sized pieces as apple
- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve
